System FloodWarden LITE
FloodWarden units are made of a PVC and fiberglass composite, sealed together to reinforce the profiles. Thanks to this technology, the material may be compared with light steel products, but with the weight, price and resistance to atmospheric conditions attributable to PVC – i.e. material used to manufacture window frames.

FloodWarden LITE is a highly efficient and easy to deploy, flexible flood-protection system, which you may have at a reasonable price. It is a cutting-edge alternative to other makeshift solutions such as sand-bags or wooden barriers.

FIXED ELEMENTS
1. Posts
The posts are made of PVC and their fixing method is individually adjusted to meet the requirements of a given project. The post is sealed to ensure its water-tightness.
MOBILE ELEMENTS
2. Barrier beams
The type and length of the beams depends on the project and the pressure the system is intended to bear. Save from the ground beam equipped with ground seal, the beams are identical, which facilitates the assembly, since there is no need to fix them in any predefined order.
3. Seals
In all types of beams and posts disposable seals made of EPDM are used.
4. Compression keys
Compression keys are used to tightly press the beams to one another and seal the system together upon assembly.
5. The ground seal
Is fixed in the ground beam.
Deployment
The FloodWarden system consist of fixed posts and adjusted to them barrier beams assembled horizontally between the posts in emergency to form water-tight barrier.

In order to achieve the most efficient flood-protection, the posts may be assembled in three ways, depending on the project requirements.
Both aluminium and vinyl FloodWarden barriers perfectly complement one another. As a result, we may offer a made-to-fit, comprehensive flood protection of property, which would ideally address all project requirements and needs.
Within one property FloodWarden PRO barriers were used to protect the main entrance to the building and FloodWarden LITE system was installed to protect the corridor leading to lifts.

In non-emergency periods, the only visible elements of the system are the posts masked with fitting caps.
The system may be assembled in stages, which enables fast assembly of the whole length of the wall at low water level and allows extra beams to be added as the water level rises.
